1/2″ copper pipe with insulation for air conditioners and heat pumps provides a professional solution for refrigerant piping in split and VRV systems. Suitable for R32, R410A and R407C refrigerants, combining flexible installation with reliable thermal and condensation protection.

Manufactured from CU-DHP copper alloy, the pre-insulated copper tubing has a 12.70 mm outside diameter and 0.8 mm wall thickness. The copper tube complies with EN 12735-1:2020 for round copper tubes used in air-conditioning and refrigeration systems and contains a minimum of 99.9% copper.

The closed-cell polyethylene foam insulation combines flexibility with high resistance to water vapour diffusion, helping prevent condensation when refrigerant temperatures are below ambient temperature. A white embossed PE-LD outer film adds mechanical protection to the insulated refrigerant pipe, while the insulation is non-toxic, odourless and CFC-free.
