You can order products from our online shop 24/7.
Just choose the delivery method that suits you best and we will handle the rest.

Delivery options:

1. Collection at our warehouse – FREE (Ganibu dambis 27 k-6, Riga, LV-1005, Latvia)

When your order has been successfully completed and ready for pick-up, we will inform you by text or email. Order must be collected within 5 days, with the collection time arranged in advance (+371 27 846 282).

2. Delivery by Omniva parcel terminal – 3.50 EUR

Available for orders within Latvia with maximum package dimensions: 64 × 38 × 39 cm.

3. Delivery by courier – shipping costs are shown at checkout after the delivery address is entered.

With courier delivery, your order will be delivered to your front door at the address specified in your order. Your order will be placed for delivery within 1-3 working days after the payment is received in our bank account.

Delivery time depends on the destination and product availability.

* For Buyers outside the European Union, all customs fees and related charges are the Buyer’s responsibility.

Return

The buyer has the right to cancel the purchase within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the goods (the right of withdrawal does not apply if the buyer is a legal entity).

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the buyer must submit a withdrawal form, which can be found here: (link to withdrawal form), and send it to the email address info@havenpoint.eu within 14 days of receiving the goods.

Return options:

  1. Free of charge – return the product in person to our warehouse (Ganibu dambis 27 k-6, Riga, LV-1005) by arranging the return time in advance (+371 27 846 282).
  2. By delivery to our warehouse (Ganibu dambis 27 k-6, Riga, LV-1005, Latvia) – all return shipping costs are borne by the buyer, except in cases where the goods are damaged, defective, or incorrect.

The buyer must return the goods to the online store without delay, but not later than 14 days after submitting the withdrawal form to the online store. Upon receiving the returned goods (either in person or by delivery), the online store will refund all payments made under the Distance Contract without delay but no later than 14 days.
