You can order products from our online shop 24/7. Just choose the delivery method that suits you best, and we will handle the rest. All our international shipments are fully tracked.

1.Delivery Methods & Costs

Shipping costs are not fixed and are calculated automatically at checkout based on the total weight of your items and your delivery address.

1.1. Collection at our warehouse – FREE (Ganibu dambis 27 k-6, Riga, LV-1005, Latvia)

When your order has been successfully completed and ready for pick-up, we will inform you by text or email. Please arrange your collection time in advance by calling +371 27 846 282.

1.2. Delivery by Omniva parcel terminal

Baltic States (LV, LT, EE): Shipping via Omniva parcel terminals starts from €3.50 (LV), €4.20 (LT), and €5.30 (EE).

1.3. Delivery by courier

Baltic States (LV, LT, EE): Courier delivery via DPD, Omniva, Latvijas Pasts, Venipak, Smart Posti or Nova Post starts from €7.00.The final rate will be dynamically calculated in your shopping cart before payment.

European Union Countries (DE, FR, IT, ES, BE, NL, FI, DK, SE, etc.): International courier delivery via UPS, FedEx, DPD, or GLS starts from €9.20. The final rate will be dynamically calculated in your shopping cart before payment.

Our system automatically provides shipping rates for all countries we currently service. If you cannot select your country at checkout, it means we do not offer automated shipping there yet. 2. Estimated Delivery Times

Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia: 1–4 business days.

Rest of Europe (EU): 5-10 business days.

3. Important Shipping Information

  • Orders are dispatched within 1–3 working days after payment is received.
  • No Customs Duties: All shipments originate from our warehouse in Latvia (EU). Buyers within the European Union will not face any customs fees or import taxes.
  • Warehouse Pick-up (Riga, Latvia): Available for FREE at Ganibu dambis 27 k-6, Riga, LV-1005.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. To give our customers extra peace of mind, we have extended the standard return window to a 30-day money-back guarantee (the right of withdrawal does not apply to legal entities/companies).

1.Return Options & Fees

We offer two convenient ways to return your product within 30 days of receipt:

1.1. Option A: Automated FedEx Return Label – (Available for DE, FR, IT, ES, BE, NL, FI, DK, SE)

We can handle the international logistics for you. We will provide a prepaid FedEx shipping label, and the return shipping cost will be automatically deducted from your final refund amount. To request an Automated FedEx Return Label, please send your return request to the [email protected].

The return fee depends on the total weight of the package:
– Packages up to 5 kg: Flat rate of €10.00.
– Packages over 5 kg: €10.00 base fee + €5.00 for each additional kilogram (e.g., a 7 kg return will cost €20.00).

1.2. Option B: Self-Shipped Return – (All Other Countries & Baltics)

If your country is not listed under Option A, or if you prefer to use your own courier, you can ship the item yourself to our warehouse. In this case, the buyer bears all return shipping costs, except in cases where the goods arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

2. How to Make a Return (Step-by-Step)

  1. Submit a Request:
    Send an email to [email protected] within 30 days of receiving your goods. State your Order Number and whether you want a FedEx Return Label or prefer to ship the item yourself.
  2. Pack the Item:
    The product must be unused, unmounted, and undamaged, in its original commercial packaging with all manuals and accessories.
    📌 Products must be returned in a separate outer shipping box or protective wrapping. Do not attach shipping labels, tape, or write on the original product packaging. Returns with damaged or marked retail packaging may not qualify for a full refund.
  3. Send it Back:
    Drop the package off at a FedEx point (if using our label) or send it via your chosen courier. Items must be sent back within 14 days after submitting your return request.
  4. Receive Your Refund:
    Once we receive and inspect the returned goods, we will refund your payment (minus any applicable FedEx return fees) within 5 business days to your original payment method.
