The INABA DENKO UVT-50-I UV-resistant adhesive tape provides a protective covering for air conditioning and heat pump refrigerant pipe insulation exposed to sunlight and outdoor weather conditions. Its self-adhesive construction allows easy wrapping of insulated HVAC pipes without additional fastening materials.
Direct exposure to UV radiation, rain and temperature changes can cause pipe insulation to deteriorate, crack or lose its protective properties over time. The UVT-50-I creates an additional protective layer that helps preserve the condition of the insulation, reduce the risk of condensation and maintain the thermal efficiency of refrigerant lines.
