The INABA DENKO BIGTIE BT-300N pipe fastening tie provides a secure and convenient way to bundle refrigerant pipes, insulated HVAC linesets and electrical cables in air conditioning and heat pump installations. Its wide 20 mm polypropylene strap helps keep multiple service lines grouped together for neat and organised pipe routing.
The integrated self-locking mechanism allows quick, tool-free fastening, making it suitable for professional HVAC installation work. Manufactured from flexible, durable polypropylene (PP), the 300 mm long tie conforms around bundled pipework while maintaining a firm grip.
BIGTIE is intended for pipe bundling and securing. Single-use fastening tie – not designed for repeated opening and reuse.

APPLICATIONS
The BIGTIE BT-300N pipe securing strap is suitable for residential and commercial air conditioning, heat pump and HVAC installations where refrigerant pipes, insulated copper lines and electrical cables need to be grouped and organised.
It can be used to bundle HVAC service lines, secure grouped pipework during installation and maintain tidy routing around air conditioning equipment or inside suitable protective trunking systems.
The self-locking polypropylene tie is intended for non-load-bearing fastening applications and must not be used as a pipe hanger or structural support for horizontal or vertical pipework.
INSTALLATION NOTES
Insert the strap correctly into the locking head to ensure secure fastening.
Do not reuse BIGTIE after fastening.
Avoid cutting the strap at low temperatures, as cracking may occur.
When used with a BHC mounting clip, the available binding diameter is reduced.
Do not use to suspend or support the weight of piping.
