The Soler & Palau SILENT-300 CHZ is a 150mm bathroom exhaust fan with an adjustable humidity sensor and run-on timer, designed for large bathrooms, toilets, shower rooms and other humid environments. It automatically activates when humidity rises, helping reduce condensation, mould and unpleasant odours while maintaining healthy indoor air quality.

Delivering airflow up to 260 m³/h, the fan provides powerful yet quiet ventilation thanks to its silent-elastic-block motor mounting, producing just 32 dB(A). The long-life ball bearing motor is suitable for both wall and ceiling installation, ensuring reliable performance over many years.

An automatic backdraft shutter prevents outside air and unwanted odours from entering the room when the fan is switched off. Manufactured from durable, high-quality plastic, the SILENT-300 CHZ features IP45 protection, Class II insulation and a low-energy motor with built-in thermal overload protection, making it ideal for residential and commercial ventilation systems.
