How long does delivery take?

We will do our best to deliver the goods to you as soon as possible.

Orders are dispatched within 1–3 working days after you receive your order confirmation email. Estimated delivery time in Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia: 1–4 business days, rest of Europe (EU): 5-10 business days.

During high season, sales period and bank holidays, the delivery period may be longer.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If you change your mind or notice an error in your order, you can modify or cancel it immediately after placing it. To make changes, please contact us via the contact form, call +371 27 846 282, or email us at [email protected]

Once an order has been accepted for processing, it cannot be modified (items cannot be added or removed). However, if you wish to return the goods, you have the option to do so within 30 days from the moment of receiving the goods.

I would like to return a product. How can I do this?

Goods purchased from the Online Shop can be returned within 30 days of receiving the goods. To return the goods, you must send a return application to [email protected] and return the goods to our warehouse.

Direct costs related to the return are borne by the customer.

What is “package tracking” in my orders?

As soon as we begin preparing your order, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with delivery details and a link to track your order online.

You can also track your order in the My Orders section when logged into your account.

What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect product?

You should contact the Online Shop immediately by email at [email protected]. You retain the right to submit a claim for non-conforming goods within 24 months from the date of delivery.

To submit a non-conformity claim, please complete the form (link to the Non-Conformity Claim Form) and send it to [email protected], attaching a copy of the proof of purchase.

PAYMENT INFORMATION

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

Definitely. If the correct e-mail address has been entered for the order, but the order confirmation has not arrived, it is possible that it has gone to the junk/spam folder.

What are the delivery costs when shopping online?

You can choose the most convenient delivery / pickup method for you:
Pickup at our warehouse – FREE
Courier delivery to the specified address – the costs depend on the delivery country and location. The current delivery costs will be displayed when entering the delivery address during the checkout process.
Delivery to an Omniva parcel locker – available in LV, LT, EE. Prices start from €3.50 (LV), €4.20 (LT), and €5.30 (EE).

How will I be refunded for a returned item?

You will be refunded through the same payment method that you used to make the purchase.
