Armacell ArmaFlex ACE-50-99/EA 50mm self-adhesive rubber insulation sheet for high-thickness thermal and condensate insulation of pipes, air ducts, vessels and HVAC equipment. The flexible closed-cell synthetic rubber foam (FEF) provides low thermal conductivity and high water vapour diffusion resistance, helping reduce heat losses and protect cold surfaces against condensation.
The integrated adhesive backing enables secure application to prepared surfaces while the flexible material adapts to pipework, equipment and complex technical components.

MATERIAL & CONSTRUCTION
ArmaFlex ACE-50-99/EA is manufactured from highly flexible closed-cell elastomeric foam (FEF) based on synthetic rubber. The material combines low thermal conductivity with high resistance to water vapour diffusion, providing effective thermal performance and condensation protection for HVAC, refrigeration and building services installations. The insulation is factory-manufactured in accordance with EN 14304.
A pressure-sensitive modified acrylate adhesive with a mesh structure is applied to the insulation surface for convenient installation. The adhesive is protected by a removable polyethylene foil until the sheet is ready to be bonded to the prepared surface.
