Armacell ArmaFlex ACE-32-99/EA 32mm self-adhesive rubber insulation sheet provides effective thermal and condensate insulation for pipework, air ducts, vessels, fittings and HVAC equipment. Its flexible closed-cell synthetic rubber foam (FEF) structure combines low thermal conductivity with high resistance to water vapour diffusion, helping minimise energy losses and condensation on cold surfaces.
The integrated self-adhesive layer simplifies installation and allows the insulation to conform effectively to equipment, curved surfaces and complex HVAC components.

ARMAFLEX ACE-32-99/EA DIMENSIONS
MATERIAL & CONSTRUCTION
ArmaFlex ACE-32-99/EA is produced from highly flexible closed-cell elastomeric foam (FEF) based on synthetic rubber. The closed-cell material provides the combination of low thermal conductivity and high water vapour diffusion resistance required for reliable thermal insulation and condensation protection in HVAC and refrigeration applications. The insulation is factory-manufactured in accordance with EN 14304.
For fast installation, the sheet is supplied with a pressure-sensitive adhesive coating based on modified acrylate with a mesh structure. A removable polyethylene protective foil covers the adhesive layer prior to application.
